Horrible sleep. Attempted to flip my schedule, but it unfortunately did not go at all according to plan. I have to really sit down and think about how to readjust this week.

Great sleep. Meditation has been super intense lately, and it has left me very unfocused for the rest of the day. The lag I've had this last week between my meditation session and actually starting in on writing has caused me to move over my workouts so they either have to happen fast or not at all before I cook for dinner. The good thing is that my eating has been almost flawless with very little effort due to this new structured randomizing of meals.

Good sleep. Very tired and distracted today. I think it had a lot to do with some text messages and social media distractions. I think it might be a really good idea to try to control social media usage in general, rather than just when I'm working.

Bad sleep. Incredibly depleted today and tired and just frustrated today. Started with very little pep, did my ego depletion protocol, and finished everything at a higher intensity today. I think this just underscores the idea that with the right techniques it doesn't matter what kind of day you're having in terms of motivation or even willpower. There are ways to regenerate them.
