Bad sleep. Incredibly depleted today and tired and just frustrated today. Started with very little pep, did my ego depletion protocol, and finished everything at a higher intensity today. I think this just underscores the idea that with the right techniques it doesn't matter what kind of day you're having in terms of motivation or even willpower. There are ways to regenerate them.
