Lots of errands again. I’m seriously considering zeroing out almost everything and starting from scratch after this recent hiatus that destroyed a lot of my habits. I also think that there are better ways to set some of these up.

Great sleep.
It’s been 2 months since my last recording session. On one hand, it’s the longest I’ve gone without recording - but it’s been a crazy couple of months with tons of travel, depression, and deadlines.

On the other hand, recording is such a great habit that it has me coming back despite a 2 month hiatus - which is actually not so bad in the greater scheme of things.
