Good sleep. I think I’m FINALLY over my carb flu. Will do an update on the tally clicking diet when I hit a full month. But my carb flu was incredibly difficult. Of course, this is also the first time I’ve had absolutely perfect eating for this long, so that mightve been a factor.

Good sleep. Incredibly emotionally stressful weekend and early week. Incredible displays of excellence in new tally clicking food plan. Still suffering the effects of carb flu - incredibly low willpower, tiredness, headaches, need naps. I think it’s almost over as of today. It’s why I haven’t been so strict about sticking to my schedule, because if this works, it’s a game changer.

Ok sleep. Read a lot about the carb flu. Turns out all the things I was feeling guilty of - lack of concentration, not wanting to workout, etc, was all because of the carb flu. They suggested I up fat intake and do light exercise, like yoga. I haven’t done yoga in almost 14 years when I was in a yoga teacher training program. I have to say, understanding mobilizing and body mechanics really helped make it much more enjoyable.
