This popped up on my Quora feed.
I’ve followed James Clear for a while now. He talks about habit formation and motivation in a very lucid manner, largely re-purposing previous information in books like The Power of Habit and scientific experiments like those by Lally and Baumeister, etc.
It’s great to see someone blogging about self development in a more scientific manner, yet at the same time bringing down the science to an easy to understand manner.
