Good sleep, good wakeup. Really focusing on finishing my writing. Also officially done with the second iteration of my 8 Week Progressive HIIT Challenge, this time at 3 times a week. The last time I did the challenge I got sick and pulled my hip so had to repeated a week or two. I did 15 HIITS across my first challenge, and I did 20 across 9 weeks this time, including a fantastic one while at a conference.
I’m going to take off from HIITs for two weeks, which will get me right up to when my travels start. I’ll have to figure out a plan for that then. Ideally I’d like to look into at least checking out crossfit gyms, but I’m not sure if I’ll get around to that. Until I decided I’m just going to be doing a light 30 minutes or an hour walk about town.
