Great sleep, great wakeup. Decided to modify the recording implementation intention and just fold it into my general record keeping. I don’t really know if a modification to my general record keeping really warrants another habit complete with SRHI. But I’m going to do it anyway until it stabilizes just in case. I’m recording it with 4 times as indicated above - when I actually get to bed, when I put down my book and shut my eyes, when I wake up, and when I’m actually out of bed.
Horrible meditation today - had problems concentrating and staying awake.
