Well, I attempted to use an app called Mindfulness, which allows you to set a bell every hour for a set number of hours. This simple functionality was surprisingly difficult to find - the free apps weren’t quite spot on.
Unfortunately though every aspect of the app was good, I couldn’t hear the bell - I don’t know if it’s some weird setting on my phone, but it didn’t work at all.
This frustrated me to no end - I’ll search for another one today. I find it amusing not only how hard it is to find such an app, but also my mind’s refusal to get on the ball and do it.
