Great sleep, great wakeup. Eating is quite automatic - I’ve been ignoring bread despite not doing the no bread project. Last night stores were closing and the only option was pizza, but it felt weird, so ended up coming back home to eat. That “feeling weird doing otherwise” is a component of the SRHI and, I feel, the hallmark of a well ingrained habit. I’m leaving for England and France in a week, so we’ll see how this feeling plays out there. Especially in Paris, the land of culinary delights.
