Good sleep. Incredibly emotionally stressful weekend and early week. Incredible displays of excellence in new tally clicking food plan. Still suffering the effects of carb flu - incredibly low willpower, tiredness, headaches, need naps. I think it’s almost over as of today. It’s why I haven’t been so strict about sticking to my schedule, because if this works, it’s a game changer.
