Ok sleep. Read a lot about the carb flu. Turns out all the things I was feeling guilty of - lack of concentration, not wanting to workout, etc, was all because of the carb flu. They suggested I up fat intake and do light exercise, like yoga. I haven’t done yoga in almost 14 years when I was in a yoga teacher training program. I have to say, understanding mobilizing and body mechanics really helped make it much more enjoyable.
